Max Winners

Cap on the number of winners BUY actually buys per run. Applied on top of WIN's own max_winners — set lower than WIN's value to shrink the daily buy list without touching WIN's configuration. Positive integer.

Buying Power Deploy Percent

Percent of broker-reported buying power deployed per execution. The default 50% matches the T+1 settlement rotation: exactly half of capital is in stocks and half in pending settlement at any moment, so deploying half each day sustains an even rotation. Higher values risk running out of settled cash on subsequent days; lower values leave settled cash idle.
