WIN ranks MAG's magnitude forecasts and produces the next-day buy list that BUY will execute on. The pipeline is rank-then-veto: select the top-N by predicted magnitude, then drop candidates whose SAP sentiment falls in a configured lower-limit veto band. Output is a flat ordered list consumed by BUY at 11:00 ET each trading day.
