BUY is straight forward. Sell all the current holdings, and take the current purchasing power, divide by 2, and buy an equal number of shares of each forecasted winner for that day. Partial shares are purchased when the broker allows it.

The division by two is an unfortunate consequence of day trader pattern punishment per market regulation.
